RESERVED ITEMS:
Here at NaughtyKittyVintage we more than understand that things can be tight with money now and again. We do accept reserves on items, but that isn’t without its limitations. You must be 100% certain that you want to purchase the item once you contact me about setting up a reserved item. At the time of interest, a deposit for 1/3 of the price of the item to secure your item. This deposit is non-refundable and will secure the item for you exclusively. Once the deposit is put down, you will have exactly 14 days to complete the transaction, including payment for the full amount of the item, including shipping. If you have any questions, we are of course happy to help. No layaways for items that are on sale. Layaways and reservations are not eligible for any discount or sale.
Ship time as stated on the listing under shipping is generally 5-6 business days once the item has been paid for. Contact will be made if there is a delay in shipping for any reason. After all, we all love to get goodies in the mail!
If you need a faster shipping method such as expedited shipping or Express, please send me a message. An item will not be shipped expedited or express without adjustments to shipping.
All smaller items (for example jewelry or lighter lingerie garments) will be shipped via USPS First Class to save money and time for both the customer and the shop.
All other items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the United States. All International orders will be shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. If you as an international buyer wish to ship a different method, please contact the shop prior to purchasing.
NaughtyKittyVintage is not responsible for lost packages. All packages are shipped either via first class or priority mail without insurance. If you feel that you would prefer an item to be shipped with insurance or a different method, please contact prior to purchase to ensure the most reliable form of shipping for your purchase.

Below you will find the descriptions of garments in their vintage condition. Please read over these before purchasing.
Excellent: This means that the garment/accessory no holes, stains, odors or tears. There may be tiny flaws, but they do not take away from from the piece.
Great: This means that the garment/accessory may have some light cosmetic wear and some tiny flaws but they do not take away from the piece.
Good: This means that the garment/accessory is wearable, but may need minor care (such as removal of stains) and repair (such as a new zipper or clasp). .
Fair: This means that the garment/accessory has several flaws, but may be repaired and the garment still can be worn.
Poor: This means that the garment/accessory is in rough shape.
