1970’s Red and White with Gold Lettering Red Garter Casino Garter

This garter features:
*Red base color
*White lace
*Ribbon reads “Red Garter Casino”
*Has elastic but is worn out

Measurements:
Width: 1 1/2” including lace
Length: 18”-21”

Condition: Good. The elastic has dried and has very little stretch left. The elastic cracks when pulled on. Sold as is.
